Selling, or about to
Give a buyer a reason not to knock the price down
An undocumented house gets priced for the unknowns. A documented one does
not. Every furnace, roof, panel and water heater with the year it went in and the paper
that proves it, so a buyer is looking at a record rather than guessing.
Built from the invoices, permits and warranty papers
you already have. Your first report on your home is free. Nothing in it is anybody’s
opinion about your building: every dated line traces to a document you handed over.
The most expensive furnace you will ever buy is the one you buy at
midnight in January. Bring the invoices, permits and warranty papers you already have and
they become a full report on every system in the house: how old each one is against how
long it should last, what is due next, and what it is likely to cost.
Your first report on your home is free and it is
the whole report, not a sample. Nothing is held back from what it says and no card is
asked for. It needs an account because the report is saved to it, so you can reopen it
whenever you want or delete it. It is marked and view only: you read it here, and
downloading, printing and handing it to somebody open with a membership, because the copy
a buyer or a lender relies on is the paid one.
The free report is what your paperwork can prove today. The membership is
what happens next: your furnace technician, your electrician, your roofer log the visit and
the readings from the field, signed, and it lands on your record without you chasing a
receipt. Readings across visits become a trend, so a part drifting out of range shows up
long before the house goes cold.
It is also what you hand over when you sell. The
record transfers with the house, and a buyer who can see six years of maintenance is a
buyer with less to argue about. ,

Choose how you want your report
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Cancel a membership anytime to stop future renewals and keep access through the end of your paid term.
The owner creates this in their own Asset History Report account and gives it to you. The report is built from their home's records, so it only starts with their code.
You are on the free report
Upload below and it builds today, free and complete. If you came to keep a record live rather than start one, that is the other door.
The complete report, not a teaser: every system with its age against how long it should last, what is due next, and your capital forecast. No card needed. It is marked and you read it here, and you can decide about taking it away or keeping it current once you have read it.
How would you like to start?
Any of these begins your record. You can add the others whenever you like, in any order, and nothing here has to be finished today.
Which property is this for?
The address is what everything else attaches to, so it is the one thing we need before anything is on record.
What is in the house?
Add one system at a time. Anything you are unsure of can be left blank, and a rough year is more useful than nothing. This goes on your record as told to us rather than proved by a document, and the record says which is which.
You can add documents to this record at any time, and anything a document proves will replace what was typed in.
This might take a minute or two while we produce your report and issue your persistent infrastructure identity.
