Records and documents
- Your paperwork, kept with your home.Invoices, permits, warranties and manuals, filed against the system they belong to.

How membership works
Simple, and up front.
- Before you pay
- Look around a sample report and the how it works page. A free Infrastructure Condition Index check is also available, as a separate product.
- When you pay
- When you join: you create your account, then pay the year through secure checkout. Your membership starts once the payment is confirmed.
- What membership opens
- Your home record: adding documents, your contractors' visits, what is due and coming up, planning, and a clean report you can download or print.
- If you cancel
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your membership until the end of the year you paid for, and your documents stay saved in your account. You can delete your record at any time.
- When you sell
- You send the record to the buyer. The home's history and the documents filed against it go with it. Before you send, you see each document that will go, because an original invoice or receipt can show your name or address. Your account and membership stay with you. The new owner can keep it going with their own membership.
- Receiving a home's history
- If a seller sends you their home's record, accepting it is a separate step: it is free and does not need a membership. A membership for that home opens its full record.
- More than one home
- Membership is priced per home: $29.99 CAD a year for each home. A membership covers one home, and a membership for an additional home cannot be bought from your account yet. If your account already holds more than one home, those homes stay with you.

Built from your own paperwork
Invoices, permits and warranties, including the roofing and renovation ones. Anything you add yourself is marked as stated by you rather than read off a document.
At least one document has to land
A system on the record needs an invoice, a permit or a warranty behind it. Reading is automated and nobody reviews a report before you see it. If a file cannot be read we name that file and say why.
Kept, and not an inspection
Your documents and the record built from them stay saved in your account. You can delete the record at any time, member or not. Nobody attends the property.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. The membership renews yearly and can be cancelled anytime to stop future renewals, with access through the end of your paid term. Reports are built only from the documents you provide and are for information only, not a physical inspection. Nothing here is a quote, warranty, or guarantee of condition.
