Add your invoices, service records, warranties, and permits here. They go on your home right away. When you are ready, run your report and we read each one, match it to the right system by model and serial, and rebuild. PDF documents.
Service history
Every service a connected contractor logs on your home lands here, signed and dated. A credentials badge means the technician had their license and insurance on file, and in date, at the time of the visit. Harmelo does not independently certify those documents.
Your contractor
Any service a connected contractor logs lands straight on your record. Choose how to connect one. Nothing happens without your approval.
Invite a company you work with regularly, they connect once and it stays. Or hand a technician on site a one-time service link that opens the standardized form for your home.
Authorize an agent
Selling your home? Generate a one-time code and give it to your agent. They enter it to build an Asset History Report for your home from your records. The code works once and expires in 30 days. Only share it with an agent you trust.

Contractors
Bring a contractor onto a pilot, scoped to only the buildings you choose. They get the field app and console for those buildings and nothing else on your account, with a daily limit on how many records they can file.
Your lots
Every property you have on the record, the contractors who have logged work on it, and whether its systems carry permits. Hand a finished lot to its buyer and the full record goes with it.

Your logo on reports
Add your logo and it appears at the top of the reports for properties you are connected to. Harmelo and Asset History Report move to the footer. A homeowner can switch the logo off for their own property, and the record of who built or manages it stays either way.
PNG, JPG, WEBP, or SVG, under about 130 KB. A wide logo on a transparent background reads best.

Add an expiry date and we will flag it here before it lapses.
Your contractor and agent
Add the contractor who cares for your systems and the agent selling your home. They accept from their side, and you can switch them anytime.
Homes you serve
Ask a homeowner to connect. They approve it from their account, and then your work on their systems stays on the home's record.
Co-agents
Add another agent so a listing's record can be shared with a co-listing or buyer's agent on the homeowner's behalf. Send them the link, and they accept from their own agent account.

What we email you about
Safety alerts Once when a safety item is first flagged, and not again unless it changes.
Weekly summary of what is due soon At most one a week, and only when something is actually due.
Monthly maintenance and planning Routine upkeep, warranty dates and replacement planning, gathered into one note.
You can keep safety alerts on and switch the weekly and monthly emails off. That is a normal choice.
If you switch off Home alerts and service reminders above, we will not email you at all, including about a newly flagged safety item. Anything flagged stays on your home record where you can see it, and stays visible to anyone you have already given access to. We will not send it to somebody else instead.
Privacy and your data
Your account keeps everything in one place. The documents you upload to build a report are saved to Your documents above, alongside anything you or a contractor working on your home adds later, so the full history stays together and is never lost. Only you can see them. Your finished reports are kept here too. Open any report to download it as a PDF, or delete one from its row above.
This permanently removes your account, every report in it, and the identifiers on them. It cannot be undone.
Transfer this property
