Your report is saved to your account, so you can reopen it, download it as a PDF, transfer it to a new owner, or delete it whenever you want. You accept the terms once when you sign up, so there is nothing to re-check here.
Membership is paid securely through Stripe before you upload, with two months free to start. A single report builds first from your documents, then unlocks in full for $29.99. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Cancel a membership anytime to stop future renewals and keep access through the end of your paid term.
The owner creates this in their own Asset History Report account and gives it to you. The report is built from their home's records, so it only starts with their code.
By building a report you confirm you own these records, or are authorized to upload them. Reports are built only from the documents you provide, for information only.
