What happens when you press the button
The next screen is the payment, handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered there and never touch this site.
This one renews. It is billed yearly until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access to the end of the term you have paid for.
The account is created before the payment so there is something for the payment to attach to. That is the only reason these three fields come first.
You hold the permanent record for every building system on your property. Only you can register your home and approve who can add to it. Your contractors write to your record because you let them, and you can remove their access at any time.
If you were sent a code, enter it here. A valid code opens the membership on this account with no card and nothing to cancel: it ends on its own date rather than renewing.
Billed yearly and renewing until cancelled. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Reports are built from the documents you provide and are not a physical inspection: nobody attends the property. See the Terms.
