Every house has been looked after by somebody: a furnace put in the year a child arrived, a roof done after a hail summer, a water heater replaced before it gave out. Asset History Report is where that history is kept, and it stays with your home.
Why it exists
The most expensive parts of a home had no record.
Asset History Report was started by a heating and cooling contractor who spent years in the basements and mechanical rooms of thousands of homes. The same thing came up almost everywhere: the people who owned the house had no idea what they actually had. How old the furnace was. Whether the water heater was still covered. What had already been fixed and what was about to go.
A used car can come with its whole service history. The biggest purchase most people ever make had nothing like it. So we built one, for homes: it belongs to the homeowner, it stays with the house, and it remembers so you do not have to.

Your care, on record
Responsible ownership deserves proof. Every visit, replacement and upgrade stays with the home.
Honest about evidence
Every figure shows its basis. Where the record does not have enough evidence, it says so.
Yours to control
You decide who reads and who writes. The record is not sold on, and you can delete it at any time.
And what it is not
Clear about its limits.
- Not an inspection. Nobody comes to the house. The record reports what its documents say.
- Not a valuation or appraisal. It describes the systems in a home. It does not price the home.
- Not a safety certification. It is no substitute for a licensed technician looking at a live appliance.
- Not a recommendation to replace anything. What to do is between you and your contractor.
